DJ Special D (Mr ‘Book The Right DJ’) is a Ghanaian London based multi-genre DJ and all-round entertainer, supplying endless talents in all genres of music get people in the mood for enjoyment. His ability to ‘think outside the box’ and entertain an array of crowds using his range of versatile music to become one of the leading DJ’s to grace the UK scene.

Throughout his career, Special D has done an array of Afrobeats guest mixes on major radio stations such as BBC Radio 1Xtra, Capital Xtra, and Kiss Fresh, all to which has given him the opportunity to perform at major events in and around UK such as Ghana Party in the Park (in front of over 5,000 every summer), One Africa Music Fest, plus support a range of well-known artists like Fuse ODG, Stonebwoy, Mista Silva, KiDi and Kuami Eugene to name a few. His DJ’ing has now taken him over the globe on an international scene, where his true versatility is tried and successfully tested each and every year.
